Sexual Healing

A Journey to Pleasure and Wholeness

Start the conversation that changes everything.

Healing Eros, Reclaiming Your Life Force

I guide you through the twists and turns of this rich and complex territory.

By healing your wounds, exploring your taboos, and opening to your passion, you can learn to experience true fulfillment in this life-giving realm.

As you heal, learn, and grow, you’ll discover that the parts of your sexuality you once believed were the least acceptable, lovable, or desirable can become your most potent sources of pleasure, self-acceptance, and aliveness.

Whether single or partnered, healing Eros is a journey home to yourself.

Questions We Can Explore Together

  • Who are you as a sexual being beneath your social conditioning?
  • What conditions of honesty, safety, and fairness do you need to express your sexuality?
  • How can you live in your body in ways that reflect your true nature?
  • How can you know which attractions to follow and which to refrain from?
  • How can you practice desire-based consent that is mutually pleasurable?
  • How can you experience intimacy, touch, affection, sensuality, and sexuality on your terms?
  • Where do you authentically land on the spectrums of gender, sexual orientation, power dynamics, erotic expression, and relationship style?
  • How can you move through reluctance to live in your body?
  • How can you experience healthy sexuality after childhood neglect and/or abuse?
  • How can you experience healthy sexuality after religious oppression and/or abuse?
  • How can you experience healthy sexuality after sexual abuse or incest?
  • How can you experience healthy sexuality after gender and/or racial oppression?
  • How can you experience sexual pleasure free from shame?
  • How can you reclaim the fundamental goodness of your sexuality?

I practice on the traditional, unceded lands of the Lenape (Manhattan, NY) and the Ohlone (Berkeley, CA) peoples. I honor the enduring presence and wisdom of Indigenous communities, past, present, and future.  While these lands were taken through colonization and genocide, the strength, wisdom, and beauty of indigenous people persists.

As a therapist committed to liberation psychology, I understand that my work exists within empire culture, and that the task of therapy is to strengthen the ability to live in alignment with truth, safety, fairness, love, and kinship culture.  I stand in solidarity with Indigenous, Black, Latinx, Asian, Middle Eastern, Jewish, immigrant, and all culturally marginalized communities impacted by the legacies of empire.

Personal and collective healing are inseparable.  May this acknowledgment move us toward deeper responsibility, repair, and relationship—with land, ancestors, and one another. May we reclaim our interconnectedness and create a more just and beautiful world together.

Your Eros is your birthright. Let’s collaborate to help you reclaim it.
