My approach is relational somatic psychotherapy, tailored to your needs. Once I better understand your needs, I’ll be happy to share how my approach can benefit you.

Sessions are typically once per week, which is the minimum frequency for effective results.  For those who are seeking deeper transformation, and accelerated benefits, meeting multiple times a week is recommended.

It depends on your goals. Many people experience meaningful change in 10 sessions—short-term work. Mid-term and long-term therapy are available for more profound transformation.  I can help you clarify the choice that feels right for you, at this time in your life.

Yes. The research is clear: online therapy is as effective as in-person therapy. You receive the same support—from the comfort of your own couch.

Rates are based on session length:

• 50 minutes: $250
• 60 minutes: $300
• 75 minutes: $375

Yes, I offer a small number of sliding-scale spots for young adults (18–25), and for adults caring for the next generations, and recovering from complex trauma.

For 15 years, my practice has been private pay — a model that lets me tailor care to each client without outside constraints — and that remains the foundation of my work.

Recently, I’ve expanded my options so that more people can access my care.

I am in the process of being approved as an in-network provider with Alma, and will accept a handful of clients this way.

For clients with out-of-network benefits, I partner with Mentaya, a service that verifies your benefits, automatically submits claims on your behalf, and secures your reimbursements. Many clients are reimbursed 40-80% of session costs this way.

I also continue to welcome direct payment from clients who prefer to pay out of pocket.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining the expected cost of your care. This applies to clients without insurance or who choose not to use it. Your estimate for therapy will reflect the cost per session. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you may dispute the charge. You’ll receive an invoice through my Simple Practice Client Portal, payable by HSA, credit, or debit card. You may also enroll in automatic billing, which processes your payment securely after midnight and sends a receipt.

In your first session, I’ll take time to get to know you—your struggles, needs, hopes, and goals. We’ll begin to identify the most effective approaches for your healing. Many clients feel a sense of relief and renewed hope after the first session.
